A Full Production Build is the complete AQOMI experience: strategy, identity, website, photography, launch assets, and DreamLab production. It’s for brands that want to define their category, not just enter it.

A Studio Retainer gives you a dedicated monthly block of AQOMI creative capacity — think of it as a full creative team without the overhead. You get priority turnaround, unlimited design output, monthly strategy check-ins, and brand consistency management. Minimum commitment is 3 months.

Every engagement follows our six-phase process: Discovery, Strategy, Creation, Production, Guidelines, and Launch. We begin with a structured brief and brand audit, lock strategy before any creative begins, and don’t hand off until the brand is fully built and launch-ready. Brand Essentials includes 2 revision rounds. Studio Retainer clients have unlimited revision requests as part of the monthly engagement. Full Production Build revisions are scoped per phase — we present two distinct creative directions and refine from there until it’s right.

Yes. DreamLab add-ons — 3D & Motion, Brand Film, Architecture & Space, Industrial Design, Event & Experiential, and Brand Management — can be bolted onto any engagement or booked as standalone projects. They’re available to existing clients and new clients alike.

Yes. All projects are split into milestone-based payments — typically 50% to begin and 50% on final delivery, with larger projects broken into three installments tied to phase completion. We’ll confirm the structure during your discovery call.

We accept wire transfers, direct bank transfers, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDC). For international clients, wire transfer is the most common method. Crypto payments are settled at the rate confirmed at time of invoice. All payment details are provided after your discovery call.
