You are not a production artist. You are a conceptual thinker who can execute at the highest level. You will own entire brand systems --- from the first strategic insight to the final pixel --- and will be expected to challenge the brief at every step.
Responsibilities
- Lead visual identity development on 3---5 concurrent brand projects
- Direct photography, video, and DreamLab production sessions
- Translate brand strategy into visual language with rigour and originality
- Present and defend creative decisions to clients at senior level
- Maintain AQOMI's standard of quality across every touchpoint
Requirements
- 7+ years in brand identity or visual design at agency level
- Portfolio demonstrating conceptual range and executional precision
- Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite; Figma; motion a plus
- Deep understanding of typography, colour theory, and hierarchy
- Ability to work with extreme independence

We're looking for an illustrator whose style is immediately recognisable and whose craft is immaculate. You will work project-by-project on brand identity systems, packaging, editorial, and digital campaigns across 40 countries.
Responsibilities
- Create custom illustration systems that extend brand identities
- Develop icon libraries, editorial spreads, packaging artwork
- Collaborate with art directors on visual narrative
- Deliver production-ready files at print and digital resolution
Requirements
- A distinctive, developed illustration style (not generalist)
- Strong portfolio showing range across digital and print
- Fluency in Adobe Illustrator and Procreate or equivalent
- Ability to adapt style to brand guidelines without losing character

We're looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who understands that a great website is not a collection of pages --- it is a brand experience delivered one interaction at a time. You will design end-to-end digital products for clients from funded startups to global corporations.
Responsibilities
- Design full website flows: wireframes, hi-fi mockups, prototypes
- Build and maintain component libraries and design systems in Figma
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Translate brand identities into cohesive digital design languages
Requirements
- 6+ years in UX/UI design at a brand or product studio
- Expert-level Figma; familiarity with Framer or Webflow
- Strong portfolio of digital work across web and app
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Basic front-end literacy (HTML/CSS) strongly preferred

- 5+ years in brand strategy at an agency or consultancy
- Proven ability to connect business objectives to creative output

- Experience with naming, messaging architecture, verbal identity

- Fluency in project management tools (Notion, Asana, or similar)
- Second language a significant advantage given our global client base
